February 8th Call Replay
Todays' call we flowed with the needs of the group and the collective topic which explored out attachments to what was, is or what we 'should' prefer it to be and clearing that path inside of ourselves through a meditative technique and visualisation to allow the old to fall away and new 'light' to shine through. There is a guided practice, honest expression and we touched on the habit of the mind to create a mental distraction from our felt experience by having an 'explanation' about what is 'happening' or what is 'wrong' or what is 'going on' inside of us.

January 11th Call Replay
January 11th Community Call Replay Embodied Dreaming and Visioning to Create from Devotion.
In this call we explored the landscape and weather of the current energy and discussed a slower start to the year. Amber shared a personal journey of trust, intention and challenge leading to a peaceful, embodied trust nestled deep beneath the chaos swirling in her life.
We worked through a 45 minute embodied process of envisioning ourselves 12 months from this moment and allowing the dreams and inspirations to come through as a conversation with an old friend. Give yourself plenty of space to land afterwards and remember that visions, evolve, when we let them.

Thank you for your presence on the call today.

Our opening embodied practice can be used as a guide to revisit aspects of yourself from those first three years, as a way to connect and receive guidance or insight when you are noticing patterns and strategies you might be playing out that you can see are clearly to make the world 'okay' or you 'okay' when, truly, you are not feeling safe, okay, whole, loved, enough etc.
In summary we covered:
- A guided practice back to 0-3 to explore attachment development at that age and strategies around being okay and the world being okay

This month I would love to share with you two very different resources that touch on the polar opposite ends of transformation.
One is to meet yourself deeply. In particular the aspect you may not wish to meet.
A process of being with the very parts we would prefer to turn away from with the intention of staying with and allowing the desire to connect OUTSIDE be met by the act of turning inward.
Meeting Your Shadow and Inner Child.
The other is more about working with a shift in deliberately co creating our life with source and guide for breathing in and embodying the directed you are headed FROM that place. It’s a 40 minute audio where I speak to the foundations of ‘manifestation’ through the simple act of embodiment.
