Thank you for your presence on the call today.

Our opening embodied practice can be used as a guide to revisit aspects of yourself from those first three years, as a way to connect and receive guidance or insight when you are noticing patterns and strategies you might be playing out that you can see are clearly to make the world 'okay' or you 'okay' when, truly, you are not feeling safe, okay, whole, loved, enough etc. 

In summary we covered:

•  A guided practice back to 0-3 to explore attachment development at that age and strategies around being okay and the world being okay
•  The definition of embodied presence. 
•  How contact is NOT all or nothing.
•  I shared my current 'in it' experience of my own attachment 'wounds' arising and how I am tending to it in real time as a Mother and partner and business owner.
•  An invitation to redirect your nervous normality back to 'presence' with a daily practice that involves pausing to move through four layers of energy and sweeping the energy through the system for a few minutes. 
•  We went into small groups (with not enough time) and explored some enquiry while the other person held presence. 

You can use the enquiry questions below to write or practice with someone in your life, if you would like to share about presence and contact. Taking it in turns to listen to one another share for 2-3 minutes per questions. Just listening and being with that persons world. 

QUESTIONS: 

What aspect of yourself have you cast aside, and how might this disintegration be affecting your life? 

How have your dreams been guiding you? Can you feel your unconscious trying to speak to you through your dreams? 

How do you give your power away? 

How might you be falling into victim consciousness? 

Do you feel ashamed about your past? Or your present? In what way is this shame limiting your expression?
