Balance, Relationships and Equality

Whether you are aware of it or not, we are influenced by the cycle of the Moon.
Each week we will share questions designed in alignment with the moon cycle to bring about the most potent inquiry related to the moon’s position.
Please know, we are always a part of this cycle and taking it into account during reflection and inquiry allows us to leverage the energetic influence it has and get a deeper, more insightful experience in your practice.
Each week we will share any astrological transits so you can take this into account in your life, feelings, thoughts and experience during that time.

NB: This podcast episode by The Emerald is an excellent listen for those wanting to learn a little about how the Moon impacts the creation of life and our consciousness.

Take as much, or as little, time with these questions as feels right for you.

Week 2 October 8 - October 14

Astrological Transitions: Moon phase is 3rd quarter, adjust and release (dark moon at the tail end)

Week 3 October 15 - 21

Astrological Insight: New Moon in Libra: I work to cocreate harmonious relations by first identifying how to be in self harmony. Moon phase is dream + manifest. 
  1. What has been your focus for the past week?

(not what you wish it had been, but where your time, resources, and attention actually went)

  1. What are 1-3 things you are proud of yourself for? (big, small, or seemingly insignificant)?
  2. What is working right now? (where do you feel in flow? what are you happy about? what relationships are going really well? etc...)
  3. What's not working? (no judgment, or even any obligation to change these things; let's just get honest about what's not working.)
  4. Where do you need to create more balance in your life?
  5. What is your intention for the coming week?
  6.  What will bring harmony into your relationship with yourself?

 

Week 4 October 22 - 28

  3. Where are you deeply aligned in your life? (actions, practices, relationships, etc..)
  4. Where do you feel out of alignment? (no need to fix, change, or do anything about this, just honest awareness & discovery.)
  5. Where can you take more responsibility?
  6. What needs adjusting, rearranging or pivoting to come deeper into alignment?
  7. How can you support yourself in the coming week?
